[browsershots-factories] What shall we do with the revenue from
priority processing?

Dear Screenshot Factory Admins,
On November 16th, I have started to let users buy a month of priority
processing on Browsershots for 10 Euros or 15 Dollars, and 34 people
have done that until the end of November. Now I'm wondering what we
should do with the revenue.
Here's one idea: 50% of the revenue could be shared among all
screenshot factory admins, based on the number of screenshots
uploaded. The other 50% would go towards my rent, electricity and
broadband internet.
Example with real numbers for November 2007:
* 697296 screenshots were uploaded in November.
* 340 Euros were paid for priority processing.
* Roughly 6 or 7% goes to PayPal for transaction fees.
* 50% to share would be 170 Euros.
* 275982 screenshots were uploaded by my own factories.
* That's 39.578% of all screenshots in November.
* 39.578% of 170 Euros would be 67.28 Euros.
The other most active factory admins would get
* 176446 screenshots = 25.3% = 43.02 Euros
* 102024 screenshots = 14.6% = 24.87 Euros
* 73012 screenshots = 10.5% = 17.80 Euros
* 17504 screenshots = 2.5% = 4.27 Euros
* 9632 screenshots = 1.4% = 2.35 Euros
* 8705 screenshots = 1.2% = 2.12 Euros
* 7483 screenshots = 1.1% = 1.82 Euros
* 6631 screenshots = 1.0% = 1.62 Euros
* 4120 screenshots = 0.6% = 1.00 Euros
There are another 30 admins with fewer screenshots, but I would
probably not send out payments for less than 10 Euros. Perhaps they
should accumulate into the next month. I would prefer to send payments
through PayPal, but direct bank transfer (Überweisung) is also
possible if you have a bank account in Germany. If you don't want
money, maybe you'd like to designate a non-profit to receive your
share as a donation, e.g. the Python Software Foundation.
What do you think about this plan?
Cheers,
Johann
