Hello,
I have just recently set up my iMac as a Shotfactory. I also use this
machine quite a lot, so the way I got around this problem was by
setting up an extra user on my system, called "browsershots". I
installed all of the required components for this user, lke netpbm and
made sure it's PATH-variable was ok and then simple ran the python
script to start serving.
But now comes the cool part: I use fast user switching to switch back
to my own account and now I can simply work in this account while the
other keeps servering browsershots in the background. It works great :)
Hope this helps,
Martijn
